Chris Williams

Chris has worked at the OU for 23 years, within the History Department as a researcher, Associate Lecturer and lecturer. He also spend some years as the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) Media Fellow working with the Broadcast Unit and with OpenLearn. He researches into the history of crime and policing, and is also active in working out the ways that knowledge of history can influence public policy, for the better. 

Chris has been on the Executive Committee before (2016-2018) and has also been a UCU rep in FASS. He is currently a rep in the School of Arts and Humanities.
