Branch Casework training dates

We are planning to hold 4 casework training courses in 2019 - our casework has increased massively in the last few years and we need to train more members to be caseworkers. If you think you could help other UCU members with their work-related issues then please email ucu@open.ac.uk to book on to one of these dates.

Casework Day 1 training
Intended for new caseworkers and existing caseworkers wishing to refresh their training.

1 day course available on either:
Tuesday 5th February 2019 10am - 4pm at Walton Hall or
Thursday 14th March 2019, 10am - 4pm at Walton Hall

Casework Day 2 training
For all existing caseworkers.

1 day course available on either:
Tuesday 19th February 2019, 10am - 4pm at Walton Hall
Thursday 28th March 2019, 10am - 4pm at Walton Hall
