Redundancy policy ballot

We have opened a ballot of members for the newly negotiated OU Policy on managing and avoiding redundancies. 

The voting emails were sent to all eligible members on Friday 27th March, the emails were sent from "[email protected]" to preferred email addresses. 

We are holding two meetings on 9th April and 14th April, both at 1pm, for UCU members who have questions or who want more discussion before voting.  

The vote will remain open until 23:29 on the 20th April 2026.
