Allie Kerper

Allie is a Development Editor in Learner and Discovery Services (LDS). In 2025, she became a UCU rep for LDS. She is active in the Recruitment and Organising Committee and the Academic-Related and Professional Services Reps group, and in 2026 cofounded the Tech workers working group alongside a rep from Digital Services. She joined the Executive Committee in June 2026.

Allie is also a Mental Health First Aider and organises a neurodiversity peer support network for editors in LDS. Outside of work, she is a published poet and sings in a radical choir.
